There are 3 ways I can assist you with selling your puppies.
1) 15% I charge 15% commission for each dog sold. That means if your puppy sells for $400 I would
get $65 of this sale. You must bring the puppies ether to my house on Friday and pick them up no
later then Monday by 3 oclock. Or you can bring them to the flea market on Saturday and pick them
up by 3 oclock on Sunday. While I have the puppies, they will be kept in  puppy pens (4ft by 4 ft.) in
a safe and clean environment. You must supply each puppy with a Florida state health certificate
from a veterinarian and a small bag of dog food at least the size of a sandwich bag (zipper seal
please) for each puppy to be given to the buyer. I will also need enough food to feed them for the
time they will be with me. I will return any unused food to you. I will also supply each puppy sold
with a toy from my store as long as I have one available. I will also take pictures of the puppies and
put them on the Fur Waggins section of my website with pictures and your phone number. If they
do not sell at the market and someone calls you from this add, you do not owe me anything for the
puppy. This is a free service to you for using Fur Waggins to sell your puppies. You can bring them
back to me or the market as often as you like until the puppies are sold. You must keep all health
certificates up to date.
2) 20% commission basis.. I charge 20% commission for the puppies I keep at my house for the
entire time the puppies health certificate is current. I will come to your home to pick up the
puppies if you need me to but I will charge an extra 8 cents a mile for help with gas. Most people
feel more comfortable dropping the puppy off at my house or at the flea market. All the same things
apply for the 15% commission except I keep the puppies at my home until sold or their health
certificates are no longer current. If they do not sell by the time health certificates expire, then I
will return the puppies. You are welcome to bring them back once you have the certificates
updated. If they are at my home I will make a video of them for my website which is an excellent tool
for selling your healthy active puppies.

3) Puppy trade for service. This is the same service as for number 2 except I keep a puppy in trade
for th
e entire service in stead of the percentage per puppy. I keep one puppy for up to 4 puppies
sold. You do not get a health certificate for the puppy I keep.
I will get the certificate for this puppy
if I decide to sell him/her.
You get a health certificate only for the puppies you sell. I take the puppy
for better or wore as long as I see it as sound with no birth defects(including hernias).
However, if
you give me 5 puppies to sell and only 2 sell before you decide to give up on the idea, I still keep
the puppy as my pay.

No matter how you chose to sell your puppies, I will use the internet, my website and the flea
market to find perspective buyers.

These are the preferred methods I use for selling puppies on consignment. They are
uncomplicated and fair to everyone concerned.
I have made exceptions to these rules in certain
cases as certain needs arise in this economy. Let me know what your particular need is pertaining
to the sale of your puppies and I will attempt to work something out with you to the best of my
ability.  I do know that if we are to survive in this business, we must make allowances for the
problems the economy has caused for us all.

ALL STATE LAWS MUST BE FOLLOWED IN ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.

At the flea market puppies are kept in sanitary temperature controlled display pens. People can not
touch the puppies without first sanitizing their hands and only if they show interest in buying a
puppy. At my home puppies are kept in 4 ft by 4 ft pens in a clean room that is cleaned throughout
the day. People who come to my h
ome to see your puppies must wash their hands before handling
the pu
ppies. Your puppies are kept in separate pens from mine or any ones puppies who may be in
my home at the time. Puppies are not all thrown together in one pen. This limits how many puppies I
can keep at one time. I will take them first come first serve basis. If a puppy becomes ill while here I
will take them to the veterinarian. If it is my fault I will pay this bill. If it is not my fault you will be
responsible for the bill. I will call you before taking any dog to the vet and leave you the option to
come get your puppy and deal with the problem as you see fit.
If it is an emergency and I can not
get in contact with you, I will take them to the veterinarian.
The health and mental state of each
puppy is my top priority in these cases. So I interact with your puppies
throughout the day while
they are with me to keep them socialized and checking them for signs of stress or health problems.
I can only handle small breed dogs at this time. Cocker spaniel type dogs or smaller is acceptable.

                                                           Please take note.
I will never knowingly sell a puppy to anyone who seems to be a bad home for your puppy. I
reserve the right to refuse to sell a puppy in my care to anyone who shows themselves to be
callous or irresponsible to the puppy or the animals they have or had in the past.. I will always try to
get as good a price as possible according to the market at the time. But I do not sell to highest
bidder when a puppies future is at stake. I feel their lives are at least important enough for me to
watch for signs of bad homes. I will refuse to sell to a breeder without your permission.
