Dolly is a Dachshund Chihuahua cross puppy adopted by Carol from Barbara's Puppies
about 1 year ago. She is very much loved by her family and is living the spoiled life every dog
should get a chance to have. Carol writes me this story about Dolly and it was so funny that I
just had to share it. This designer breed ( now being called chiweenies) is known for their
comical appearance and attitude but Dolly really out did her self this day.

Carol writes;
We just love her (DOLLY) so much. She keeps us laughing.
Did I tell you about the duck? We have ducks that come down our street and Dolly loves to
chase them. One time this duck did not run away and she jumped on its back – the duck started
flying and here Dolly was on her back – Dolly only road for a few minutes but she looked back
with the way a deer looks in the headlights. It was like she was saying “Help me!!” She fell off
eventually. Thank goodness the Duck was not that high up. She only went on a five foot flight.
Needless to say she never did that again! She is just the most loving little thing – she gives me
hugs. We really want a companion for her – she loves to play. Thank you so much for her; I just
don’t know what we would do without her.
Dolly is the queen. She hates bath day though. Dennis gives her a bath and she will not have
anything to do with him for a whole day. He tries to make up with her but she gives him nothing. I
am everything to her on these days. She will jump in my lap and give me hugs and wants to lie
beside me. Its like she is rubbing it in his face. Next morning all is well.
We do love her very much.
