| Puppy Guarantee I, guarantee my puppies for 2 weeks to be free of contagious disease. If the puppy should die in that time from a contagious disease that he/she has been vaccinated for, I will refund your money. I also guarantee my puppies for 1 year to be free of genetic disease. If your puppy should become blind, crippled, deaf, or die due to genetic disease ( within the year after purchase), I will replace the puppy once one becomes available. All claims for refunds or replacement must be accompanied by a veterinarians report. I reserve the right to have the puppy examined by my own veterinarian or a necropsy performed if necessary. All Future veterinarian costs are the responsibility of the new owner. |
| Please don't throw us away! Sometimes a puppy will just not work out in your home and you should not feel guilty because you can not take care of a puppy or dog for any reason. But please don't send us to a pound or throw us out on the street to fend for ourselves. Make sure we go to a good home. Just because you cant handle us doesnt stop your responsibility to our lives. This website will advertise dogs you can not keep any longer for free as long as you are only trying to find them a home and not looking to make some money. | I will take deposits on my puppies when they are 3-4 weeks old and we can know something about personality and features of the puppy. Before this you can put your name on a list pf people to be informed when a puppy becomes available for deposit. As long as your home is suitable for the puppy, you will have first choice on being able to leave a deposit. Being on the list does not obligate you to purchase and does not obligate me to sell him/her to you. Once deposit is made, this obligates both parties to go through with the deal. So all conversations on both ends qualifying each other as seller and buyer must be completed before deposit is left. There are exceptions to this rule. Here is the only reasons I will not go through with a deal once deposit is made. 1) If I find out you misrepresented yourself to me and you are a breeder and are trying to purchase a pet quality puppy to use for breeding. I must inspect all homes of breeders before I allow you to purchase a puppy for this purpose. 2) pick up day arrives and you do not show and do not give me a reason why you did not come to get your puppy. I know things happen but I just need to know so as to plan my days. But if you do not pick up your puppy on time and do not inform me why you are late, the puppy will be offered for resale and you may lose your puppy. Deposit may or may not be returned depending on circumstances. |
